Travis Boyle
Owner/ Operator
Travis has a degree in Manufacturing Technology from The University of Northern Iowa. He has been working in the construction industry for the past 21 years. Travis has experience in many areas of residential construction including; home design, project management, estimating, customer service, framing, fine finish carpentry, cabinet building, wood flooring, tile floors & showers, painting, staining, and more. In his time outside of work he enjoys restoring classic muscle cars, bowling, and spending time with his wife, Claire, his two sons, Logan & Liam, and dog Bowie.
Courtney Rechkemmer
Office Manager / Designer
Courtney has a degree in Interior Design from University of Northern Iowa and has pursued her passion in residential design and construction. She brings to the team, two years of experience with custom home building and drafting. She enjoys working with customers closely to plan their projects and give guidance through the design and selection processes. At home, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband, Blake, and their daughter, Emerson.
Ben Schmitz
Lead Carpenter
Ben has been part of the Concept To Creation team for over 10 years. He has experience in framing, siding, finish carpentry, window and door installation, and wood flooring. Outside of work Ben enjoys spending time with family, bowling, and attending various racing events.
Landon Wooden
Carpenter
Landon has been a carpenter for Concept to Creation since early January 2024 and has been full time since graduated from the Sustainable Construction program at Hawkeye Community College in May. He brings in experience from several months of carpentry in Southern Alaska with his Father, as well as experience from other construction companies. In his free time, he enjoys camping, strumming the guitar, and watching/playing football.
Jaren Lewis
Carpenter
Jaren joined our team in August of 2024. He brings experience with framing, concrete, interior and exterior work, heavy machinery knowledge, and landscaping. He has studied various sustainable and construction design courses at Hawkeye Community College. Outside of the jobsite, Jaren enjoys fishing and golfing.
