1. Consultation & Vision
We start with a no-cost meeting to understand your lifestyle, design preferences, budget, and timeline. We’ll also discuss your lot, financing, and walk you through our process and project management tools.

2. Concept Design & Preliminary Budget
We create an initial floor plan and provide a rough budget based on your goals. This helps ensure we’re aligned before moving forward—at no cost to you.

3. Design Agreement
When you’re ready to move forward, we enter into a design and estimating agreement. This allows us to begin detailed planning and refine your project.

4. Final Design & Construction Planning
We develop full construction drawings, finalize selections, and provide a detailed estimate and contract. Once approved, we’re ready to build.


Construction Phase

5. Permits & Foundation
We secure permits, prepare the site, and complete excavation and foundation work to get your home started on solid ground.

6. Framing & Exterior Shell
We frame the structure and install windows, doors, and roofing—bringing your home to life.

7. Mechanical Systems
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems are installed and inspected.

8. Insulation & Drywall
We insulate the home and complete drywall to begin shaping the interior spaces.

9. Exterior Finishes
Siding, stone, brick, and exterior details are completed to define your home’s curb appeal.

10. Interior Finishes
Cabinetry, flooring, trim, paint, and fixtures are installed—this is where your home truly comes together.

11. Final Details & Walkthrough
We complete final installations, walk the home with you, and address any final touch-ups.

12. Final Inspection & Approval
We complete all inspections, obtain your Certificate of Occupancy, and prepare your home for move-in.

13. Move-In & Warranty
Welcome home! We continue to support you with follow-ups and warranty visits to ensure everything meets our standards.
